100 Day Soldier Challenge

We set ourselves a challenge to highlight the lives of 100 different military personnel who fought in either World War 1 or World War 2 to celebrate these forgotten British War Heroes.

The majority of soldiers and nurses had featured in the Bromley Times newspaper between 1914 and 1944.

This idea was inspired by the wonderful Captain Sir Thomas Moore, a British veteran himself, who we felt would have approved of this challenge.

We hope you will enjoy seeing the faces, and that some may even find out a little bit more about an ancestor of yours.
